All orders are shipped same day or on the next business day via UPS Ground. We do not ship international orders online, but we do take international orders over email. **IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT THE EXPECTED DAY OF SHIPMENT, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT 888-578-5752. IT IS NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED TO SHIP SAME DAY.
Important changes: We no longer accept CHANGES/REMOVALS to orders placed online. We DO allow ADDITIONS to orders which must be requested immediately in order to do this before it is shipped. Our Return Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, in MOST cases, due to very high shipping costs! However, we will work with you the best we can to solve any problems that arrise. In rare circumstances, we may allow you to return balloons fully at your cost to ship MINUS the cost to ship your order out (our cost, not what you were charged).
Why are so many items out of stock?
At the onset of Covid-19, a world-wide balloon shortage quickly occurred due to latex and many raw material shortages. Currently, staff shortages nationwide are still affecting the balloon shortage. More and more product is becoming available today in 2023, but we still deal with many delays from all vendors! Please know, if it is online and out of stock, a backorder IS in place OR the item is may not have a restock date. We would be glad to email you when items are coming in. Please email us at
