We make no warranty as to the result that may be obtained from the use of this web-site, information contained within it, its accuracy, reliability, or content. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages.
Although every reasonable effort is made to present current and accurate information, we reserve the right to make changes to the site due to pricing and availability issues with manufacturers and suppliers. BalloonCountry.com / Co-Op Gas, Inc. will make no guarantee of any kind. Respectfully, we will make any attempt to correct mistakes or replace merchandise if deemed necessary. Please understand, we are only the distributor selling manufacturers product.
Restocking: At times, it may be necessary for you, our customer to return product due to error in ordering or shipping. If errors are in our favor, we will either issue a call tag to the shipper or reimburse you in credit form for sending merchandise back to us. All International Orders are at RISK only with the customer accepting all risks. We do not take back or restock any over-ordering. Please be advised there will be a 25% restocking fee imposed on merchandise if returned for other reasons.
International orders are only shipped via United States Postal Service and customer must accept the chance of being lost without tracking availability. This risk will remain the responsibility of you, our customer and the USPS. All other orders within the Continental United States are shipped via UPS, assigned a tracking number and may be tracked by visiting: UPS.com and entering this number under “tracking”.
