All orders are shipped same day or on the next business day via UPS Ground. We do not ship international orders online, but we do take international orders over email. **IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT THE EXPECTED DAY OF SHIPMENT, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT 864-583-6546. IT IS NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED TO SHIP SAME DAY.
Important changes: We no longer accept CHANGES/REMOVALS to orders placed online. We DO allow ADDITIONS to orders which must be requested immediately in order to do this before it is shipped. Our Return Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns in MOST cases. However, we will work with you the best we can to solve any problems that arise. In rare circumstances, we may allow you to return balloons fully at your cost to ship MINUS the cost to ship your order out (our cost, not what you were charged).

Saying farewell to Mr. Snow due to retirement yet he took on a pastoral position with Saluda River Bible Church and is still preaching today.
